Shanghai Disney Resort's activities engage and educate our Cast Members, because we believe our Cast Members are key to the success of Environmentality™. Environmentality™ is our commitment to think and act with the environment in mind. We also host environmental programs to inspire our Guests to join in our environmental efforts. Externally, partnerships with local authorities and non-profit organizations have led to the development of education programs, bringing our Environmentality™ directly into classrooms.
